Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Rhiconnich Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location near Loch Inchard was beautiful, and the views were great, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was in dire need of maintenance and cleanliness. Our experience was marred by issues such as mould in the room and poor service, which left us feeling disappointed overall.
I recently stayed at the Rhiconnich Hotel and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. The location is beautiful, right by Loch Inchard and convenient for the NC500, but the overall condition of the hotel is in dire need of attention. The rooms had serious cleanliness issues, and the service left much to be desired, particularly with an incident regarding unclean bedding. While it has the potential for something great, currently it feels neglected and not worth the price.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and while the exterior may not impress, the interior more than makes up for it. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the warm hospitality from Heather and Marcus really added to the experience. The dining was a highlight, especially breakfast. However, the initial impression of the hotel might be a turn-off for some, and the decor could use some updates in places.
The hotel has an excellent location with stunning views and friendly staff, which made our visit quite pleasant. However, the experience was marred by some issues, including the coldness of the common areas and a strong cigarette smell in the room. The dining options could also use improvement, particularly with breakfast choices. Despite its advantages, the overall value for money felt lacking at times.
